The information you input into the Intelligence Tracking System’s eight primary modules and many sub modules is interrelated.  It is very easy to link people to vehicles, vehicles to firearms, firearms to people, confidential informants to gangs, etc.  By creating links and viewing the automatically created links that the Intelligence Tracking System creates for you, relationships between people, gangs, firearms vehicles etc. are made.  These relationships may never have been realized before placing your information into a system like the Intelligence Tracking System.

The Member Module is the main module for storing and retrieving information pertaining to people.  Specific identifiers include but are not limited to: name, sex, weight, height, tattoos, case information, other agency inquires, intelligence, video clips, court admissible line-ups, wanted posters, and missing person posters.

The Gang Module allows you to set up a profile on a specific group of criminals. Sometimes when information comes in, you cannot always link it to an individual, but you can tie it to a group. Here you can obtain a list of associated gang members, affiliation with other gangs and a threat assessment.  General Intelligence, gang colors, gang signs, etc. is also entered here.  The flexibility of this module allows you to utilize it for any organized group of criminals.

The Vehicle Module is the module where you enter information regarding vehicles. Vehicles may be automobiles however you are not limited to such.  Any vehicle information may be entered, such as bicycles, airplanes, boats, motorcycles, etc.

The Firearm Module gives you the ability to track all pertinent information regarding all types of weapons, not just firearms.  Here you can detail the history of the weapon as well as linking he weapon to a person, vehicle, gang etc.  This module also allows you to document your Federal ATF trace requests results.

The Confidential Informant Module is a simple yet very effective way to manage your informants.  With built-in security you can restrict access to this information to protect the informant’s identity.  Here, relevant information will be entered regarding name, address, alias names, vehicles, reliability, intelligence, photos etc.

The Resource Module gives you the ability to track information regarding where your intelligence information is coming from (i.e. other law enforcement agencies, non-confidential informants, Internet websites, private security officers, etc).  By storing your Internet resources within this module, you will be able to save not only the location and provide a description of the resource, but you will also be able to hotlink to it directly from the Intelligence Tracking System. Your web resources are just a click away.
